Welcome to the web site of The New England Anime Society, the organizers of Anime Boston, the largest Japanese animation convention in the northeast, and Providence Anime Conference, Rhode Island's first anime conference.
The New England Anime Society, Inc. is a New England based non-profit organization dedicated to furthering public education and understanding of the Japanese language and culture through written and visual media.
Currently, The New England Anime Society exists primarily for organizing and running Anime Boston and Providence Anime Conference. Occasionally, we may organize or sponsor other events such as presenting anime at First Night Boston.
